FAQs

  • Are classes separated by level?

Nope! All of our classes are designed for every level—whether it’s your first ride or your hundredth. You’re always welcome to take things at your own pace, and our instructors will guide you through every step. Just show up, clip in, and do what feels good for you.

  • What kind of shoes do I need?

Our bikes are compatible with both Delta and SPD clips - yes, your Peloton shoes will work :)
Don’t have cycling shoes? No problem! We’ve got rental shoes available at the studio. Just remember to bring socks! Shoe rental is $2/class - we accept cash, venmo, or card (we do not currently accept Apple Pay).

  • Is there an age minimum?

Riders ages 13 and 14 are welcome with a parent or guardian booked in and riding in the same class.

Riders 15 to 18 years old just need to have a parent or guardian sign a minor waiver before hopping on the bike.

Riders must meet the height minimum of 4’11” .

  • How far in advance can I book my bike?

You can book your spot 14 days in advance—down to the hour. So if class is at 6:30 PM, your bike opens up at 6:30 PM two weeks before.

  • Do I need to show up early? What happens if I'm running late?

We ask that new riders arrive at least 10 minutes early so we can get you set up and comfortable on the bike. Even if you’ve ridden before, please arrive a few minutes early—giving yourself time to set up ensures a safe and smooth start to your ride.

For your safety and the flow of the class, riders who arrive more than 5 minutes after the start time will not be permitted to join. We know things happen, but we want to make sure everyone gets a proper warm-up and a safe ride!

  • What happens if I cancel or no-show?

If you’re a member and cancel within 12 hours of class, there’s a $10 late cancel fee. If you don’t cancel and don’t show, a $15 no-show fee applies. Riders using a class credit who late cancel or no-show will forfeit that credit.
