everything you need to know to play

  • Sign Up

    Book a class through our app or site. Walk-ins are welcome, but classes are often sold out, so we highly recommend booking in advance.

  • Show Up

    We’re located at 1119 Military Cutoff Road, in The Forum (between Jimmy John’s and Lumina Gem). Try to arrive 10-15 min before class starts to get settled.

  • Say Hey

    Meet us at the reception desk and we’ll get you checked in. We’ll remind you of your bike number, and this is where you’ll grab shoes if you need them.

  • Shoes

    Shoes

    Clip in shoes are required to ride the Recess bikes. Our bikes are Delta and SPD clip compatible. No shoes? No problem. We’ve got rental shoes for $2/class.

  • Stock Up

    Need a water? An extra boost? A quick bite before you ride? Recess has you covered! We’ve got the studio stocked.

  • Select a Locker

    Pick one of our keyless, easy to use lockers to lock up all of your belongings. We ask that you only bring your water into the studio room - everything else can hang safe and sound while you ride.

  • Sweat

    Head into the studio, find your bike, and clip in. We’ll make sure you’re set up safely and comfortable.

Cycle - Standard Series

45 minute rhythm-based cycling class.

Cycle - Extra Credit

Extended, 60 minute version of our standard cycle class.

Cycle & Flow

30 minutes of cycle + 30 minutes of yoga.

Recess Out Loud: Ride with Pride Cycle & Flow

A celebration of movement, music, and community. Recess Out Loud is our cycle + flow experience designed for the LGBTQ+ community and allies—a space where everyone is welcome, seen, and celebrated. Start with a high-energy, rhythm-based ride, then transition into a grounding flow to reset and reconnect. Come as you are, take up space, and ride it out loud.

Goddess Cycle & Flow

Goddess Cycle + Flow pairs an empowering ride with goddess yoga designed to help you slow down, tune in, and build strength from the inside out. Expect sweat, balance, a full reset—and a chance to tap into your divine goddess energy.

Private Rides

We offer private rides; perfect for birthdays, weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, family vacations, team building, athletic cross training for sports teams, corporate rides - you name it. Your people, your favorite music, your time. Email us to inquire.

Please note; you are not automatically booked into a class when you purchase a credit, package, or membership. You’ll need to book a specific bike to ensure that you are booked into class. You’ll see the class in “upcoming reservations” in your app, and you’ll receive a confirmation email that says:

Dear YOUR NAME,

Your spot is reserved for CLASS with INSTRUCTOR! We will see you at CLASS TIME on DAY, MONTH/DATE, YEAR.
